Great hotel with excellent facilities backed up by genuinely nice on site management. Rooms were larger than I expected and very clean and comfortable. Facilities were faultless and with an easy walk to Broadwater and great eateries. Will stay there every time I go to the Gold Coast in future. What a great find!

The Managers were extremely helpful and very very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. When I asked for cooking equipment that was supposed to be in the apartment the manager went out and bought new ones for us. The pool was spotless, the apartment was the same and the beds were oh so comfortable!

What the guest liked most:
The Hotel was noticeably extremely neat and clean. The service was fantastic and very friendly. The convenience of the location was also a bonus as it was only walking distance to the shops and the Broadwater.
What the guest believed needed improvement:
I feel the Hotel Managers have everything covered for a comfortable, relaxing visit. I would highly recommend Champelli Palms as a great place to stay.

We stayed for 5 nights in Jan 2010 and found that Champelli Palms had all we needed to be comfortable. Within walking distance of the beach, around the corner from numerous restaurants and across the street from a well stocked service station. It took no more than 7 mins to drive into the heart of the Gold Coast. We were less than 10 mins away from the Harbour Town Shopping complex. The rooms were big, a full size kitchen and laundry. Two bathrooms and two toilets. The air conditioner was well used by us as it was quite humid. The pool was nice and usually not too many people in it so we had it to ourselves on more than one occasion

I liked the easiness of the check-in and the lovely couple who run Champelli Palms are very welcoming and relaxed. I liked the location and overall feel of the place

Welcoming atmosphere. Friendly, professional and accommodating staff. Convenient location yet quiet and peaceful. Definitely good value for money.
