Security Bond
On arrival an imprint of a credit card or a cash security bond is required as part of the check in formalities
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of booking 28 days or more for mid & high season and 14 days or more for low season prior to the planned date of arrival will result in the refund of the deposit less an administration fee of $50.00.
Cancellation later then the above specified number of days will result in no refund unless and until the apartment is relet for the entire period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted.
There is no refund in the event of a shortened stay
